Davesh Developers Llp is situated on the 10th floor of 113 Park Street, over in Block B. Being up this high gives us a bit of a view of Kolkata, though we are usually too busy to look out the window. Park Street is always moving, so there is a lot of energy around the building. Even though we are in a big office block, our actual space is quite simple. We have a few rooms where we keep our files and meet with the guys from the sites. We do a lot of development work, which means a lot of time spent on the phone or looking at budget sheets. It can be stressful when things don't go according to plan, which happens more often than you would think. We aren't corporate types who wear suits every day. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of work. We’ve been at this for a while now. The 700016 area is a good place to be based because everything is central. We usually grab food from the stalls nearby during lunch. The elevators in this building can be slow, so we have to leave early if we have an appointment. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the projects stay on track without too much fuss. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the right materials show up at the right time.
