We are over at 11, Government Place East. It’s an old part of the city, and the building has that classic feel to it with high ceilings and thick walls that keep it somewhat cool. We’ve been operating as agents for quite some time now. Our day-to-day usually involves a lot of meetings and sorting out various contracts. Being near the government offices means there’s always a lot of movement outside on the sidewalk. The streets are often packed with people and cars, but inside our office, it’s a bit more settled and quiet. We don't really have a slick, modern setup with glass walls. It’s more about wooden desks, old filing cabinets, and a lot of paper stacked up. We handle various agency tasks, acting as the middleman for different businesses. It’s a lot of responsibility making sure everyone is on the same page and nothing gets missed in the fine print. We don't put on airs or try to act like a big multinational corporation. We’re just a local company that knows how to get things done in this specific area. Sometimes the fans overhead are the only thing you hear when it’s quiet in the afternoon. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the ledgers and wait for the phone to ring. It’s a steady kind of business. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the decades, but we’re still here. It’s a bit worn around the edges, but it’s home.
