Our office is over at 15 Vivekananda Sarani in the Kolkata 17 area. It’s a busy street, but we like the energy of it. We call ourselves a business solution place, but really, we just help people get their work sorted out. It’s a practical setup. We have a few computers and some workspace for the staff. We don’t do a lot of marketing or social media stuff. Most people just hear about us from their friends or family members. We think that’s the best way to do things. We keep our doors open and try to be helpful to whoever walks in. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we don’t mind it much anymore. It feels real. We handle various business tasks and try not to make things too complicated for anyone. We’re just a bunch of people trying to do a good job. We have our routines, like getting tea together in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. It’s a simple life, but we enjoy the work we do. We’ve seen the neighborhood change, but we stay the same.
