Our office is located in Khaitan House, specifically Flat No 20 on Lake Road. It’s a nice part of Kolkata to be in. The lake is nearby, which is a bit of a relief from the city heat during the summer. We’ve been at this address for several years. It’s a residential building, so the vibe is very relaxed. We’re not a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us working out of this flat. We have a few desks and some cupboards full of files. It’s nothing spectacular to look at, but it’s where we get things done. Most of the people who come to see us are regulars who have been coming for a long time. We don't use any fancy language or try to impress anyone with big words. We just listen to what’s needed and do the work. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello or share some news. It’s that kind of place. Lake Road is always busy, but our corner of the building stays fairly quiet. We appreciate the stability of being here. We’ve seen the seasons change from these windows many times over the years. It's just a regular office for regular people. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything. We just show up and do what needs doing every single day. It’s been a good journey so far and we hope to keep it going like this.
