Cygnet India Private Limited is based out of Flat No. 6 on the first floor of 36 Deodhar Street. It’s a bit different from your typical corporate office because we are in a residential-style building. Deodhar Street is a relatively quiet spot, which is a nice change of pace from the busier parts of the city. To get to us, you have to walk up the stairs, and you’ll find our team spread out across the rooms of the flat. It’s a cozy setup, though it can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of files or equipment lying around. We don't have a fancy lobby or a guard at the door; it’s just us working at our desks. The windows look out onto the street, so you can see people going about their daily lives, which makes the workday feel a bit more grounded. We handle a lot of computer-based work and phone calls. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the kitchen in the back, and the whole place smells like ginger for a while. It’s a very informal atmosphere. People wear what they’re comfortable in, and we don't have many strict rules about how the office should look. We just make sure the work gets done and the clients are happy. It feels more like a small family business than a private limited company sometimes, just because of the space we are in.
