Currently I Am Doing Retail Management Diploma Course

I'm currently staying over in Ganguly Bagan in Kolkata while I work through this Retail Management Diploma course. It’s a lot of studying and reading up on how stores actually run, which is more complicated than I first thought. Kolkata is a crowded city and getting around to classes can be a bit of a trek sometimes. I spend a lot of my time at home looking over notes or headed out to the local markets to see how things are done in person. My place here is simple and the neighborhood is pretty typical for this part of town. I chose this diploma because I wanted to understand the business side of things better. The weather in Kolkata gets really hot and humid so I try to get most of my reading done in the mornings when it’s still a bit cool. I don’t have a job right now because the course takes up most of my energy and time. People always ask when I’ll be finished but I’m just taking it one month at a time. It’s a lot of learning about inventory and how to talk to customers properly. Sometimes it feels like a lot of information to take in but I’m getting through it. Living here in 700086 puts me close enough to everything I need, so that's good. Just trying to learn as much as I can right now.
