We are based at 20/1L East Topsia Road in Kolkata. If you know this area, you know it is always active and a bit crowded. Our office is right in the middle of it all. We spend our time developing different projects, which mostly means dealing with a lot of dust and loud machinery. It is not the kind of work where you stay clean all day. Most of us are out on the sites more than we are behind a desk. We handle the planning and the building part of things. Sometimes the supplies are late, or the weather makes it impossible to pour concrete, so we have to adjust. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. We just build stuff. The office at East Topsia Road is where we keep the files and meet with the guys who do the heavy lifting. It’s a practical space. We’ve learned over the years that things rarely go exactly as planned, so we just stay flexible. You might see us grabbing lunch at a local stall nearby before heading back to check on a wall or a floor. We aren’t a huge corporation with fancy rules. We are just a group of people who know how to put buildings together and get the job done. It's a lot of sweating and making sure the measurements are right. We just want to finish the day knowing the work was done properly.
