Cresent Bakes Llp

Our place is located at 230A, Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose Road. We are up on the 8th floor in Room No. 87 of the Chitrakoot building. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is busy, which happens more than you’d think. Cresent Bakes Llp is where we spend most of our waking hours. Being on the 8th floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at the ovens and the cooling racks. It gets pretty warm in here when the baking is in full swing. We do things a certain way, not because it’s the fancy way, but because it’s how we learned. It’s a small team here. We mostly just talk about what needs to get done for the day and then we get to it. Sometimes the flour gets everywhere, even on the office chairs. That’s life in a bakery. We moved into this spot because it was central, though getting supplies up to the 8th floor can be a real pain sometimes. We’ve had to carry bags of sugar up the stairs when things break down. It makes for a long day. We don't really do much advertising. People usually find out about us from someone else or they see the name on the directory downstairs. We just want to keep making bread and cakes without too much fuss. It’s just a normal business in a big building. We like it here.
