Crabs & Prawns Llp

We spend most of our mornings at 206/A, Rajdanga Main Road just getting things ready for when people show up later. It is a lot of cleaning and checking the stock that comes in. Dealing with seafood means you really can't cut corners on the freshness because everyone knows the smell of a prawn that isn't quite right. We keep the place simple. Most of the time we are just busy in the back or looking at the crates. Rajdanga is a busy enough spot and people stop by asking what we have got today. Sometimes it is crabs, other times it is mostly prawns depending on what the market had. We don't really have a big fancy office here, just the space we need to work. If you walk past you might see us moving boxes around or talking to the delivery drivers who come in early. It gets quite loud during the middle of the day but that is just how it goes on this road. We started this because we knew how to handle the fish and we just kept going with it. There isn't much to it besides showing up and making sure the crates are cold enough. It’s hard work on the hands but we are used to it now. We just stay focused on the daily tasks and try to get everything sorted before the evening rush starts up around here.
