We are located at 52A, Prince Golam Shah Road in Kolkata. It’s a busy part of the city, and our building is right in the middle of all that activity. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent handling calls and dealing with various tasks on the computer. It gets pretty loud in here when everyone is on the phone at once. We have a lot of different shifts, so there are always people coming and going. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep things grounded as much as we can. The break room is usually where you’ll find someone grabbing a quick tea between calls. We don't have any of those polished mission statements hanging on the walls. We just come in, do our shifts, and head out. Kolkata is a lively place, and you can hear the street noise from some of the windows. We deal with all sorts of people every single day. Some are happy, some are not, but we just try to be helpful. It’s a lot of work, and the hours can be long. We don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. It’s a job, and we do it as best as we can. The building itself is fairly standard for this area. We’ve become a bit of a fixture on this road over the years. We just keep our heads down and get through the call logs daily.
