Conacent Consulting Pvt Ltd is located in Kolkata, West Bengal, over at the 700 102 area. We are actually set up care of Shanti Ranjan Das. It’s a modest place to work from, but it has everything we need to run our consulting business. We don’t have a massive sign outside or a big parking lot. It’s more of a personal setup where we can sit down and focus on the tasks our clients give us. In Kolkata, you learn to work with what you have, and this space works well for us. We deal with various consulting projects, mostly sitting around a table and figuring things out together. It’s not a corporate environment with a bunch of rules about what to wear or how to talk. We just show up and do the work. The neighborhood is typical for this part of West Bengal, with plenty of noise and life right outside the door. We’ve been doing this for a while and have built up a bit of a routine. We drink a lot of tea while we look at spreadsheets or reports. It’s just a group of us trying to do a good job. We don’t see the need for a lot of fluff. If the work is done right, that’s what matters in the end. We’re just regular people working in a regular house in Kolkata.
