We are located at 39 Kali Krishna Tagore Street here in Kolkata. Our name is Comfort Choice Property Developers Private Limited. Most days you will find us at the office dealing with blueprints or talking to contractors about the latest site work. It is a busy street and there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle property development things from this spot. It is not a big fancy setup but it gets the job done. Sometimes the phones ring too much and the tea gets cold while we are looking at maps and land papers. Building things takes a lot of time and patience which is what we do mostly. We have been in this area for a while now. People know us as the folks working on the building projects nearby. The office is usually a bit messy with files and rolls of drawings everywhere. We try to keep things organized but construction business is often quite a bit of work. If you walk down Kali Krishna Tagore Street you will see our sign. We spend our mornings checking on progress and our afternoons doing the paperwork that comes with developing property. It is steady work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that.
