Color Ocean Private Limited

Our office is located right on Netaji Subhash Road, specifically on the second floor of number 18. If you know Kolkata, you know how busy this street gets. It’s a lot of noise and people moving around all day long. We’ve been here for a while now, working away in our space. It’s not a very big office, but it fits us and what we do. We mostly deal with things related to colors and how they look on different materials. Sometimes the humidity in the city makes the office feel a bit stuffy, but we have the fans going. We don’t really have a big team, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We spend our mornings going through samples and our afternoons dealing with the logistical side of things. It’s the kind of place where there’s always a cup of tea sitting on someone’s desk. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job well and go home to our families at the end of the day. The building itself is old, like a lot of places in this part of Kolkata, so it has that specific smell of old paper and dust. We like it though. It feels like we’re part of the history of the city.
