Our office is located at 82 Belgachia Road, specifically in Block B, Flat 3 in Kolkata. It is a small but busy spot for Cognizant Technology Solutions. Since it is a flat, it has a more personal feel than a typical corporate office. We have turned the rooms into workspaces with plenty of computers and desks squeezed in. It is a straightforward environment where the focus is on doing the job right. We don't have a lot of hierarchy; we just talk to each other to solve problems.
