At Cms Reality Private Limited, we work out of a small place at 5 Khairu Place. It is a tucked away spot, which is nice because it gets us away from the main road noise a bit. The building is older and has that specific smell of old bricks and paper. We deal with real estate and property matters every day. Most of the time, the office is filled with people coming in to ask about plots or flat prices. We have a couple of computers that are a bit slow, but they do the job. There is a small window that looks out onto the lane, and we often see the same people walking their dogs or going to the shops. We keep a lot of physical maps pinned to the walls. It helps us see where everything is located without having to click around on a screen. Lunch is usually something we bring from home or grab from the stall around the corner. We aren't trying to be a big corporate firm with glass walls. It is just a few of us trying to help people find a place to live or invest their money. Sometimes we lose a pen or a file gets buried, but we find it eventually. It is a very normal office where we just do our best to stay organized amidst the chaos and make sure we don't miss any important details for the paperwork.
