Our office is located in Mission Para, which is part of the Purbaputiary area in Kolkata. It’s a bit of a journey to get here if you're coming from the north of the city, but it's where we are. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we need to focus on our work. We do a lot of back-office stuff and data management here. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at screens. We have a small team, and we all know each other's families by now. Sometimes we bring in food to share during lunch, which makes the day better. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. We just have what we need to get the job done. The building is older, but it works for us. We've got our routines and we stick to them. Most of the people around here are locals, and you often see the same faces every morning. We like being part of this part of Kolkata. It feels more like a home than a stiff office. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in. There’s a small garden area nearby where we sometimes go for a quick break. It’s a simple place with no big signs or bright lights. We just do our business and go home at the end of the day.
