CLUB VIEW VILLA LLP

We are based at 2, Jessore Road, in Block B2. Our office is on the 7th floor, specifically Flat 702. CLUB VIEW VILLA LLP is what we do here. From the windows on the 7th floor, you can see quite a bit of the surrounding area, which is mostly just more of the Kolkata sprawl. It’s a very busy part of town with a lot of noise coming up from Jessore Road. We spend a lot of our time working on plans and documents for villa projects. It involves a lot of checking on materials and talking to the foremen on the ground. The office itself is pretty basic, just some regular chairs and desks and a lot of paper folders stacked up. We aren't really interested in looking like a big, fancy corporate firm. We just show up and do the work that needs doing every day. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work right, so we have to wait a while, but that's just life in this city. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or art on the walls. Most of our time is spent on the phone or looking at spreadsheets on the computer screen. It’s a small group of us here, and we just try to keep things moving forward one day at a time. We don't bother with big slogans or promotional talk. We just focus on the building part of the business and making things happen.
