We are Cladking Real Estate & Developers Private Limited. Our office is tucked away at 40A/H/3 Shamsul Huda Road in Kolkata. It’s a busy street, and we’ve been here for a while now. We mostly look at real estate deals and development projects around this part of the city. Kolkata is always changing, so there is always something to do. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the area well. Most of our day is spent talking to people and checking out different building sites. Shamsul Huda Road is a good location because it's central, though parking can be a real pain sometimes. We handle the usual real estate stuff, trying to find bits of land or old buildings that could be something better. It’s not always easy work, and there are a lot of rules to follow. We just try to get the paperwork right and keep things moving. Most people who call us are looking for a place to live or maybe a small commercial space. We don’t do a lot of advertising. People usually hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. It’s a local business, through and through. We know the 700017 area like the back of our hands. If you need to find us, we are usually at the office during normal hours, unless we are out at a site or meeting someone about a property.
