Cks Land & Building Developers Llp is based out of Arjun Enclave, specifically at Flat No 4Ak 12C on Judges Court Road. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s where we do all our thinking and planning for the projects we have going. Kolkata-Kolkata is a busy place, and being on Judges Court Road means we’re right in the thick of it all. We focus on land and building development, which is basically just a fancy way of saying we try to find good spots and put something useful on them for people to use. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with different people, and sometimes it feels like we spend more time on the phone than actually building anything. But that’s the nature of development work. Cks Land & Building Developers Llp is just a few of us working together. We aren't some massive firm with a skyscraper office. We like working out of Arjun Enclave because it feels more personal and less corporate. You won't find any glossy brochures here, just real people trying to make a living in the 700027 area. Some days are long, especially when there are permits to deal with or the weather is acting up and slowing everything down. But we’ve been doing this for a while now and we’re used to the ups and downs of the market. If you’re looking for the office, just head toward Judges Court Road. We’re usually there unless we’re out inspecting a property.
