Our small team at Cks Constructions Llp works out of Arjun Enclave, Flat No 4Ak 12C. If you know Judges Court Road, you know it can get pretty busy with traffic and people, but we like being right there in Kolkata-Kolkata. We’re a construction outfit, so most of the time we’re covered in something—whether it’s sawdust, paint, or concrete. Being based in 700027 keeps us close to a lot of the work we do. Cks Constructions Llp isn't about being fancy or showing off. We just have a small office where we keep our tools and our records. Most of our real work happens outside those walls. We’ve had some long days and some even longer weeks lately, but that’s just how construction goes. There’s no point in pretending we’re some big corporate entity. We’re just regular folks who know how to build stuff. Sometimes the schedules get messed up because of things we can’t control, like the rain or a late delivery, but we always try to push through and get the job finished. Working from Arjun Enclave is convenient for us. We know the neighbors and the local shops around Judges Court Road. It’s a good community to be a part of. We aren't interested in being the most famous name in town, just the one people can rely on when they need something built properly. It’s hard work, but it’s honest, and that’s what matters to us at the end of the day.
