We are over at Arjun Enclave on Judges Court Road in Kolkata. It is a busy spot. Most of the time we are up in Flat 4A or downstairs checking on things. Cks Builders & Realtors Llp has been working out of this area for a while now. We handle a lot of the usual real estate stuff you see around the city. Some days are just filled with paperwork and phone calls to different sites. It gets pretty loud outside sometimes because of the traffic on the main road, but that is just how Kolkata is. We have a small team here. We mostly focus on getting the buildings up and making sure the realtor side of the business doesn't get too messy. It’s not always easy keeping everything on track. Sometimes the weather slows us down or a delivery doesn't show up when it should. We just deal with it as it comes. Usually, if you stop by the office, someone is probably making tea or looking at a blueprint. We try to keep things simple. There isn't much point in making it more complicated than it needs to be. We just do the work and try to stay organized in the middle of all the city chaos. It's a lot of back and forth between the office and the local sites we have going on. That’s pretty much the daily routine for us here, just getting things done.
