Cinzia Realty Private Limited is based at 888/2, Madhurdah, which is right by the East Kolkata Tower Project. Our office is a quiet little spot in a building that’s surrounded by a lot of new construction. It’s a simple place with just the essentials—desks, chairs, and a printer that occasionally jams. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a lobby for visitors. If you come to see us, you’ll likely find us buried under a pile of documents or busy on the phone. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes work for property deals. It’s a lot of checking figures and making sure the records are correct. We aren’t a big corporate entity. We’re just a small group of people who know the local area and work out of this office every day. We don’t use a lot of marketing talk or try to sound like something we aren’t. We just give people the information they need. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with all the files, but we know where everything is. We have a small fridge for cold water and a kettle for when it gets cold outside. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We don’t have any grand statements about our work. We just show up in the morning, do what needs to be done, and head home. It’s a steady routine that has worked for us for a long time.
