Our office is located at 17/1 Lansdowne Terrace, up on the third floor. It’s a decent area and we’ve been working from here for quite a bit. We do development work, which involves a lot of planning and even more talking on the phone. We aren't one of those massive companies with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team and we like it that way. It means we actually know what’s happening at every site we manage. The office is usually filled with the sound of someone typing or a fan humming in the corner. We don't have a fancy reception desk. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We spend our days figuring out where the pipes should go and how to make the most of a small plot of land. It’s a lot of problem-solving. Some days it feels like we are just moving piles of paper around, but eventually, a building goes up. We don't bother with fancy slogans because they don't help get the concrete poured. We just focus on the task in front of us. Most of our work comes from people who have worked with us before. We try to be fair and honest about what’s possible. It’s a tough business, but we’ve managed to stay steady by just doing the work and not overcomplicating things. That is our way of getting things done.
