The office and the shop area are usually a bit cluttered with boxes and inventory. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. It’s not a fancy mall or a shiny showroom. It’s a real place where we handle actual products every day. We spend a lot of time checking stock and making sure things are where they’re supposed to be. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the road and we have to go out and help sort things out. It’s a lot of physical work and staying on our feet. We don’t have a big team of marketing people writing fancy descriptions for us. It’s just us, the staff, trying to keep the business running smoothly. The local area of Pulin Pally is quite lively, and we’re right in the middle of it. We deal with all kinds of customers, and no two days are ever really the same. Sometimes it's stressful when a shipment is late or something gets broken, but we just manage it. We don't have any big corporate goals or missions.
