You can find us over at 12/2 Hunger Ford Street, specifically in Flat Number 3. It’s an old part of Calcutta, and the building has that classic feel you don’t see as much these any more. We have been operating as Ceekay Securities for quite a while now. The office belonged to Lt Col Brij Bhushan Singh, and we’ve kept that sense of order and tradition alive here. It is a small place, really, packed with files and ledgers from years of managing financial services and securities. We aren't one of those big, cold investment firms you see on TV. When people come through our door, they usually know us by name, and we know them too. We spend our mornings looking at the markets and our afternoons dealing with the mountain of paperwork that comes with this kind of work. It gets a bit loud outside with the Calcutta traffic, but inside we just focus on the numbers. We handle the day-to-day financial needs of our clients without making a big fuss about it. There isn't any fancy decor here, just sturdy desks and chairs and the smell of old paper. It’s the kind of place where things get done properly, even if it takes a little longer to double-check everything by hand. We like being in this neighborhood. It feels like home to us, and we plan on staying put for a long time yet.
