CARTWHEEL HOMES LLP

We've been at 22 Lee Road on O.C. Ganguly Sarani for a bit now. It’s an old part of the city, and the office here is usually busy with people coming in to ask about houses. Cartwheel Homes LLP isn't some giant corporation with fancy glass walls and sleek furniture. We just sit around these desks, looking at floor plans and talking to folks who want a place to stay. Sometimes the tea runs out before noon, and the paperwork piles up on the corner of my desk, but we get through it eventually. People know where to find us. It’s easy to spot the building once you’re on the street. We deal with building stuff and getting things ready for families to move in. It’s a lot of back and forth with contractors and planners. Most days involve a lot of phone calls that seem to go on forever. We don't have a big reception desk with a bowl of mints or a person in a suit waiting to greet you. It’s just us doing the work. The traffic outside on O.C. Ganguly Sarani gets loud during the day, but we've gotten used to the noise. We try to keep things straightforward here. If someone asks a question, we tell them what we know. There isn't much more to it. We keep our records in cabinets that are getting a bit full. It’s a small operation, but we keep busy enough.
