You’ll find us at 53B Sambhu Babu Lane, which is right in the Entally area near CIT Road in Kolkata. It’s a crowded part of 700014, and our office is tucked away in one of those narrow lanes that the city is famous for. Career Connect Consultancy isn't a high-end firm with a glass elevator. We’re on a regular street, in a regular building, and we like it that way. The office is usually full of the smell of old paper and whatever someone brought in for lunch. We spend our days mostly dealing with people who are looking for a change in their careers. It’s a lot of sitting and talking, or sometimes just going through stacks of applications that have come in. We don't have any promotional slogans or big promises on our walls. It’s just us, trying to figure out where people might find a job. The traffic on CIT Road can be a nightmare, so we’re always happy when we finally get inside and can start the day. We’ve been part of the Entally community for a while now, and we know most of the shopkeepers on the lane. We don't use corporate jargon or try to sound like we’re from some big city in the West. We’re just a local business doing local work, one day at a time, without any fuss or fancy talk. It is a very simple and practical place to work.
