Carbon Management Consulting Pvt Ltd is located at 26 Ganendra Mitra Lane in Kolkata. We’ve been in this part of West Bengal for a good number of years. The office is in an old building that has a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb. We mostly help businesses figure out their environmental impact and how to manage their carbon output. It’s a lot of technical work, but we aren't corporate types. We like to sit down with our clients and just talk through their problems over a cup of tea. Being in the 700004 area means we are close to a lot of other local businesses, which is nice. Our workspace is filled with books and old maps of the city. We don't have a receptionist or fancy lounge. It’s just us working at our desks. Sometimes the street noise from Ganendra Mitra Lane gets a little loud, but we’ve gotten used to it. We aren't trying to change the whole world at once, just helping the folks who come to us for advice. It’s a steady job and we take it seriously, even if we don't look like a high-powered firm.
