You can find us at 21A, Shakespeare Sarani, right on the 10th floor in Flat No. 10A. This part of Kolkata, 700017, is always buzzing with activity. CAPTAIN PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED has been here for a good bit now. Even though we are up on the 10th floor, we aren't a big, cold corporation. Our office feels more like a workspace where friends are trying to get things done. We focus on properties, so we are often out and about looking at different spots in the city. When we are in the office, there is a lot of talking on phones and looking at maps. The view from the window is okay, but we are usually too busy with paperwork to notice it much. Being on Shakespeare Sarani means we are close to everything, but the traffic downstairs can be a real headache some days. We just have a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. It’s a practical setup. We don’t really care for fancy furniture or expensive decorations. We just need a place to work and meet with folks.
