Capgemini

Capgemini is over here at Saugatacho Yahoocouk. It’s a bit of a weird name for a place, but that’s where we do our daily work. We’ve been around for a bit and mostly just focus on getting things done. It isn’t some fancy high-rise with glass walls everywhere. Instead, it’s just a regular spot where people show up, grab their coffee, and start typing. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the weather gets really messy. We don't spend a lot of time on flashy decorations or big signs. If you walked by, you might not even notice it's us at first. The desks are usually covered in notebooks and mugs. People here are pretty quiet, mostly just keeping their heads down and working through their lists. We handle a lot of technical stuff, mostly on computers, but we try to keep things simple between ourselves. It’s the kind of place where you know everyone’s name and maybe what they had for lunch. We don't have big meetings about goals or visions. We just look at what needs to be finished by Friday and try to get it out of the way. It works for us. There’s a small break area that’s mostly just for quick chats. It’s a practical setup. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep the lights on and stay busy. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we just deal with it.
