Calloway Realty Private Limited is based over at 888/2 in Madurdah. We are right by the Anandapur police station. It’s part of the East Kolkata Township Project. This area has grown a lot lately. We deal with all sorts of property matters. Our office isn't very large. It’s just a basic space with some desks and a place to sit and talk. We spend more time out in the sun looking at land than we do in the office. The township project has brought a lot of new people into this part of the city. We have been here long enough to see the empty fields turn into buildings. We aren't a corporate giant. We are just a small company trying to help people find the right spot for their homes or businesses. We don't have a big marketing budget. Mostly, people find us because they live nearby or someone they know told them about us. It is a lot of hard work. We have to deal with a lot of different people and sometimes things get a bit complicated. We just try to keep it simple and honest. The office in Madurdah is our home base. It’s a bit out of the way for some, but it’s right where the action is for us. We just do our job and go home at the end of the day.
