Cadtechnik Engineers is situated at 3O3, Sarat Bose Road in Kolkata. If you know the area, you know it’s a place with a lot of history and old buildings. Our office is right there in the middle of it. We are an engineering firm that does a lot of technical work and design. It’s a small operation, mostly just a handful of us who have been in the field for years. We spend our time working on blueprints and technical specs for various projects. The office has that classic Kolkata feel, maybe a bit cramped with all the drawings and folders, but we know where everything is. Sarat Bose Road is always busy, so there’s a constant hum of yellow taxis and people outside. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy receptionist. Usually, if the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. We started this because we liked the engineering side of things and wanted to stay in the city. It’s not always perfect; sometimes the building’s wiring is a bit old or the humidity gets to us, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. We just focus on getting the engineering right and making sure our clients get what they asked for. It’s honest, technical work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’re just local engineers doing our thing in a city we love, trying to get the details right.
