We are located in Sonarpur, specifically in the Kamarabad Naskar Para village area. Our office is set up at the house of Shri Balai Naskar. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the center of Kolkata, but the train journey to Sonarpur station is pretty quick once you get the hang of it. Being out here in a village setting means things are much quieter than a typical city office. We work out of a few rooms that were converted for this purpose. We mostly help people with job stuff and HR things, so we get people coming in from the local area looking for advice or opportunities. It’s a very personal way of doing things. You won't find any marble floors or glass elevators here. We sit on plastic chairs sometimes and use wooden tables that have seen better days. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We know everyone in the para and often stop to talk to the neighbors on our way in. The air is a bit fresher out here, which is a nice change. We don't use much fancy jargon; we just talk to people plainly and try to help them out. It’s a simple operation run by people who care about the local community and getting results for those who trust us. We take things as they come and try to stay organized.
