BSS Homes Associate has been based in this spot for a good while. The office is a bit small, and we have papers stacked up on most of the available surfaces. It’s a busy place, but we manage to find what we need eventually. We deal with homes and local property matters. Most of our neighbors are regular families who have lived here for generations. We don't act like a big corporate firm because that wouldn't fit in here. We are just local people working with other local people. Our days usually start with a lot of tea and a look at the schedule. There is always someone coming in to talk about a lease or a new construction plan. Fancy marketing tricks aren't used here. We just tell people what we can do and then we try our hardest to do it. The street outside can get really crowded during market hours, so we’ve learned to be patient with the noise. It’s all part of the charm of working in this part of town. We take pride in the fact that we’ve stayed in the same spot for so long. It’s steady work, and we’re happy to be part of the community. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next house or the next project. Even when the monsoon rains make the street hard to walk through, we’re still here.
