Brownswhites Bake Shoppe Private Limited

Brownswhites Bake Shoppe Private Limited is located over here at Bidhan Sishu Sarani. We are in the C I T Scheme-VII-M area, specifically in block 1 at flat 102. It is a Type-A setup. Most days it gets quite busy around the shop because of the location. We started this because we wanted to have a place where people could get their bread and cakes without a lot of fuss. It is just a small operation really. The kitchen is usually warm because the ovens are running early in the morning. Sometimes the humidity in Kolkata makes things a bit tricky with the dough but we just deal with it as it comes. Usually, someone is here by 6 AM to start the first batch. We don't have a big fancy storefront or anything like that. It is more about the regular routine of baking and making sure the orders are ready for the people in the neighborhood. Some days the traffic on Bidhan Sishu Sarani is a total mess so deliveries take longer than they should. We have had a few staff changes over the years but the core group stays the same. Most of us live nearby so it’s not a long commute. We keep the place tidy, though it’s hard with all the flour flying around. It’s just how a bakery is. We aren't trying to change the world, just making sure there is fresh stuff on the shelves for anyone who stops by the flat.
