Brijraj Housing Llp is located at 20B British Indian Street in Kolkata. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of history in the buildings. Our office feels like it’s been part of the street for ages. We focus on housing projects, trying to find space where there isn't much left. Working in the 700069 area means we are right in the middle of everything. It's crowded and noisy, but that’s Kolkata for you. We don't have a big fancy lobby. Usually, there’s a few of us at our desks with folders piled up. We talk to folks looking for a place to live or people wanting to sell. It's a lot of back and forth. We drink a lot of chai during those meetings. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets flooded, but we just keep working. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide decent housing options. The address is easy to find if you know the central business district. We’ve been through many seasons here. The walls of our office could probably tell some stories if they could talk. We just handle the day-to-day stuff of the housing market without much fuss. If someone walks in, we help them out. It’s a simple way of doing business that works for us and the people who come to see us. We're just local folks doing our daily work in a city we know and love.
