Bridhi Developers Llp is based at 12 Mayfair Road, specifically in Block B, Flat 4B. This part of Kolkata, 700019, is where we do most of our planning. The office isn't huge, but it's where all the main decisions happen. We work on developing different types of properties. Some days are just spent looking at maps and talking to the municipality, which can be a real headache. We have a small group of people who have been doing this for years. The street outside is usually busy with cars and people, but inside the office, we try to keep things a bit more quiet so we can focus. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on various project sites. We handle the development side, which means a lot of prep work before any actual building starts. Sometimes things go smooth, other times we are waiting on permits for weeks. That is just how the business goes in Kolkata. We don't use any fancy talk or try to impress anyone with big words. We just show up to the Mayfair Road office and get to work. It’s a practical way of doing things, and it seems to work for us and the people we build for. It’s not always exciting, but it’s real work.
