We are located out in Mukundapur, on the fourth floor of a building at 1413. Our office is Flat 07. Brawnybuild Projects is the name on the door. It sounds a bit tough, but construction is a tough job so it fits. Mukundapur is an area that is growing fast, so there is always some kind of building work going on nearby. Our office has a decent view of the local rooftops. We do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to organizing and managing projects. It is not just about the bricks and cement; it’s about making sure the right people show up at the right time. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or driving from one site to another. The traffic in this part of town can be quite a mess, so we have to plan our trips very carefully. We don't have a big staff here. It is just a small group of us and we know each other well. There is no corporate dress code. We wear what is practical for visiting a construction site. We have a lot of regular contractors we work with on every job. Building things is always complicated and there are always surprises. A pipe might burst or the weather might turn bad suddenly. We just deal with those things as they come. We don't have any fancy brochures to show people. Usually, they just see our work and that is enough.
