Bpozitions

Bpozitions is based at 33/J, Sarat Ghosh Garden Road in Kolkata. Our office is in a part of the city that is always moving and making noise. We are located in an older building that has a lot of character, even if it’s a bit rough around the edges. Inside, it is mostly rows of desks with computers where we handle different business processes and calls. It can get quite loud when everyone is working at once, with the sound of typing and talking filling the rooms. We have some large windows that look out over the street, though we usually keep them shut to block out the dust and the sound of the horns. The neighborhood has some great little food stalls where we usually go to grab a quick bite during our breaks. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any corporate decorations. The walls are mostly bare except for some calendars and duty rosters. It’s a very practical workspace where we focus on getting through the daily tasks. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we have a good rhythm. Sometimes the stairs feel like a lot after a long shift, but we like being in this part of Kolkata. It’s just a regular office where people work hard and then head home to their families.
