If you find yourself on Bose Pukur Road, you will eventually come across 87/32, which is where K. K. G Exports is set up. We are a small operation, really. Most days it is just a few of us handling the paperwork and making sure the shipments are ready to move. The road outside can get pretty crowded, so we usually try to get our big tasks done early in the morning before the noise starts. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most people who know about us found us through word of mouth or by just walking past the building. Inside, it is mostly just desks and some storage space for the items we are moving. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to make sure things are going where they are supposed to. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to think about that. It’s a practical space. We keep the kettle going for tea and try to stay organized despite the constant flow of work. Living and working around Bose Pukur means we see the same faces every day, which is nice. It makes the workday feel a bit more personal. We handle the exports as they come in, and we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just do the work and hope the traffic isn't too bad in the afternoon.
