Blue Wave Plaza Maker Pvt Ltd is located over at 30/2B Horomohan Ghosh Lane. The lane is one of those narrow ones where you have to be careful when two cars try to pass each other. We have been working out of this spot for a while now, focusing on building and planning. The office is tucked away, so it is not the kind of place you just stumble upon. We have blueprints and maps rolled up in every corner and the sound of fans humming in the background. It gets quite hot in the summers, but we just keep the windows open and deal with it. We spend a lot of time discussing projects and looking at site plans. It is not all glamorous work; there is a lot of boring stuff like checking permits and talking to contractors who are running late. We have a small team here and everyone knows what they are supposed to do. We don't have a big receptionist or a waiting area with magazines. Usually, if someone comes to see us, they just pull up a plastic chair and we talk over a cup of tea. It is a very local way of doing things. We know the people in the lane and they know us. We are just trying to build things that stay standing and do right by the projects we take on.
