BLUE SOUL INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED is over in Birati, specifically at 1No Mahajati Nagar. We are in the North 24 Parganas part of Kolkata. It's a residential neighborhood mostly, so it's a bit quieter than the city center. We focus on infrastructure, mostly around this side of town. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a whole lot of files. Most of our day is spent visiting sites or talking to labor crews. It is not an easy job, and your boots are usually covered in mud or dust by noon. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just know how to handle the work on the ground. Birati has been seeing a lot of new stuff being built, so there is no shortage of work to look at. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to sit there waiting for the fan to kick back on, but we keep working regardless. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that people in the neighborhood can talk to without any fuss. It’s a local business run by local people who understand the local problems. We do our best to keep things simple and get the projects finished without too much drama. It is hard work but it keeps us going every day. We enjoy the process even when it's exhausting.
