We are located on the 14th floor at 18 Kk Bhattacharya Lane. Being near Kalpana Cinema makes it easy to give directions to anyone coming over. Howrah is always busy, so being high up gives us a bit of a break from the noise on the street. We handle management services, which basically means a lot of paperwork and phone calls. The elevator sometimes takes forever, which is a bit of a pain when you're in a hurry for a meeting. Our office is pretty straightforward. We have desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of tea. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. People mostly find us because they need help with their business stuff. We've been in this spot for a bit. It’s not the most modern space, but it works for what we need. Sometimes the monsoon makes the walls a bit damp, but we just deal with it. We have a few regulars who come in to chat about their accounts. It’s a small group of us working here. We just try to get through the list of tasks every day. It’s honest work. Nothing too complicated or flashy. Just keeping things running for the people who hire us. If the lift is broken, the walk up is definitely not fun, so we always hope for the best when we arrive in the morning.
