Bizotic Developers works out of 36 Shibtolla Street in the 700007 area of Kolkata. It’s a busy place and there is always something going on outside our door. We’re just a handful of people trying to get things built. It’s not a fancy job. You spend your days talking to contractors and hoping the sand and bricks show up when they are supposed to. Usually, they’re late, and then everything gets pushed back. That’s just how this business works. We don’t have a corporate office with glass walls or expensive furniture. Our walls are just regular walls with some old calendars and notes tacked up. We focus on the local neighborhood mostly. People know where our office is if they need to talk to us. We don’t use a lot of big words to sound important. We’re just builders. We like seeing a building go from a hole in the ground to something people can use. It takes a long time and there are always plenty of headaches. Whether it’s the heat or the sudden rain, something is always in the way. We just keep going. We aren't the fastest crew you’ll find, but we get the job done eventually. Our office is a bit of a mess, but we know where the important folders are kept. It's a simple enough life, building things one brick at a time and trying to keep everyone happy.
