BIYANI APARTMENT LLP

We’re over at Flat A4 on the fourth floor of Saraswati Niket, which is at 5 Camac Street. It’s a busy area in Kolkata, 700017, with a lot of offices and people moving around all day. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view, but we are usually too busy to look out the window. We deal with apartments and residential stuff, mostly. The office is really just a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s comfortable but definitely looks like a place where work happens, with papers and folders everywhere. We have a small group working here, and we’ve all known each other for a while. Usually, there’s a pot of tea on and someone is talking to a client or a contractor on the phone. We don’t go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. Most of the people who come to us are friends of people we’ve worked with before. It’s a lot of managing details and making sure the construction is moving along. Some days are slower than others, but there’s always something to fix or check on. We try to be practical about everything and not overcomplicate things. It’s just about making sure people have a decent place to live when we are done. We’ve been in this building for a bit and it feels like a second home to us now.
