Birla Sun Life Insurance

We are set up in Neelam Sadan at Plot No 161 in Sector 5 of Ghansoli. Even though we are in Navi Mumbai, our address sometimes shows the 700010 pin code which can be a bit confusing for some. The office for Birla Sun Life Insurance here is a modest one. We are in a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a cold business office. We have a couple of desks and some plastic chairs for visitors. Ghansoli is a growing area, but our little spot in Sector 5 stays fairly peaceful. We spend our days going over insurance policies and helping people with their claims. It involves a lot of looking at screens and writing things down. We don't have any corporate decorations or expensive art on the walls. It is just a functional space where we do our daily tasks. There is a small tree outside our window that gives us a bit of green to look at. We know the people who live in the building and the shopkeepers nearby. It is a very local way of doing things. We don't rush anyone and we try to be as helpful as we can with the paperwork. When the sun goes down, we pack up our bags and head out. It is just a normal job in a normal neighborhood, and we are fine with that.
