You’ll find us at 6/18A Kustia Road, right in the heart of Topsia. This neighborhood is where we do most of our work, and we’ve been here for quite some time. Development is a tricky business, especially in older parts of the city where space is tight and the streets are narrow. We spend a lot of time figuring out how to make the most of the plots we have to work with. Our office is a simple place, nothing too grand, just where we keep our files and meet with people. We don't believe in fancy marketing or glossy brochures that don't tell the whole story. We’d rather just talk to you face-to-face about what we're building and why. People around Topsia know us, and we like it that way. Most of our projects come from knowing the local families and business owners who need a bit more room or a new place to start. It’s a lot of hard work, dealing with permits and materials, but it’s satisfying to see a building go up from nothing. We make mistakes sometimes, like anyone else, but we always try to fix them and keep things moving. It’s just us, working away on Kustia Road, trying to build things that people can actually use and afford. We’re local people doing local work, and we’re fine with that in the long run.
