We've been operating out of Gillander House for quite some time now. It’s an old building on Netaji Subhas Road, specifically in C-Block, Suite C-21. Working in this part of town means dealing with the usual crowds and the history of the area every single day. Bhawani Enclaves Pvt. Ltd. isn't a flashy place. It’s mostly just us handling the daily paperwork and meetings that come with property and enclave management. Some days are busier than others, especially when there are maintenance issues to sort out or new projects being discussed in the back office. The walk up to the suite is familiar to all of us by now. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or making things look corporate. It's more about getting the job done and making sure things run as they should. You’ll find us here most mornings, usually with tea or coffee on the desks while we go through the files. The traffic on Netaji Subhas Road can be a bit much sometimes, but being centrally located helps with getting things moved along. We’ve stayed in this spot because it works for us. It’s a practical space for the kind of work we do. Nothing more, nothing less. Just a group of people keeping the wheels turning for the enclaves we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there, just a steady presence in this old building where we know everyone by name.
