BHAVYALOK NIRMAN LLP

We are over at 11A/1R East Topsia Road in Kolkata. Most days start with the sound of the traffic outside and the humidity that just hangs in the air around here. Bhavyalok Nirman LLP is basically us working out of this spot, trying to get things built and sorted without too much fuss. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to sites. East Topsia Road has its own rhythm, and we’ve been part of it for a while now. Some mornings the tea stall nearby is the only thing that gets us going. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at drawings that never seem to stay flat on the desk. It is a bit loud sometimes with the cars and the people moving about 700046, but you get used to it. We don't really have a big corporate setup. It's just a few of us making sure the work gets finished. Sometimes the paperwork piles up and we have to spend the whole afternoon just clearing the desk. West Bengal weather can be tough on the projects, especially when the rain starts and everything slows down. But we just keep at it, day after day. It is mostly about getting the materials to the right place and making sure the workers know what they are doing next. Nothing too complicated, just the usual grind of a local business. We just do the job.
