Baranagar has its own unique feel, very different from the central parts of Kolkata. Neogi Para Road is a busy little stretch, and our building fits right in with the others on the street. It’s an old-school neighborhood where people actually know their neighbors. The office space inside is fairly simple. We have what we need to handle the service side of the business. It gets quite humid during the monsoon months, so the fans are always running. We spend our time answering calls and coordinating different tasks from our desks. The building itself is a bit older, which gives it some character, even if the stairs are a bit narrow. We don't have a lot of modern decor. It's just a functional workspace. We usually eat our lunch together or go out to one of the local spots on the main road. Being in Kolkata means things move at a certain pace, and we’ve adapted to that over the years. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We are just a local team working out of Baranagar and trying to keep everything organized. It's a lot of manual work and checking details, but we've got a good routine down that works for us.
